When I am looking for a really fat and aggressive guitar tone, I usually try to use a fuzz pedal or at least RAT distortion.
In one of my latest productions for quite straightforward chorus I have used EHX BigMuff in front of already overdriven Fryette Sig:X amp. Then I run my amp via Two Notes Torpedo Captor into Audified IR.
